This Policy to prohibit the extension of credit to Board members and/or staff shall apply to all Board members and employees of the Cattaraugus County Economic Sustainability and Growth Corporation, Inc. (“CCESGC” or “Corporation”).
The Board is prohibited from extending or maintaining credit, arranging for the extension of credit, or renewing an extension of credit, in the form of a personal loan or for any officer, Board member or employee of CCESGC.
